RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ELIGIBILITY
We understand that delicate pieces require care, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it by sending clear photos via email to delirio.studio0@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Delirio Studio will cover the shipping costs for returns due to manufacturing defects.
For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging and adequately protected.
Return shipping costs for other reasons other than manufacturing defects will be the responsibility of the customer, unless an exception is expressly authorized by Delirio Studio.
Please note that custom-made products designed according to customer specifications cannot be returned.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of completing the inspection process.
Any costs incurred from the payment processor or associated with the refund will be assumed by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
REPAIRS FOR MANUFACTURING FAULTS
Our delicate and fragile jewelry is crafted with precision, but occasionally manufacturing faults may occur.
If you encounter such an issue, please email us an image of the damaged jewelry to discuss repair options.
Items that are clearly worn and damaged deliberately or accidentally will not be accepted for refunds.
However, for these cases, we offer a reduced-fee repair service between €15-€30, depending on the piece and the damage, available within the first 2 months after the purchase is received.
COSTS
Any costs incurred from the payment processor or associated with the refund will be assumed by the customer.
